1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Farm Optimiser tool ("Tool") provided by Farm Optimisation Group ("FOG"). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Tool.

2. Confidentiality of Data

FOG acknowledges that you may input confidential and proprietary data into the Tool. FOG will take all reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data provided. FOG will not disclose, sell, or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

3. Data Services

Within the tool, FOG may anonymise and aggregate your data with data from other users to provide general industry benchmarks. Individual user data will remain confidential and will not be identifiable in any reports.

4. Limitation of Liability

The recommendations provided by the Tool are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Farming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to unpredictable weather and market fluctuations. Users assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from implementing recommendations. Farm Optimisation Group ("FOG") is not liable for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Tool.

5. Changes to Terms

FOG reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Tool's website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Tool after any changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.

6. Termination

FOG may terminate or suspend access to the Tool at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Tool and destroy any materials obtained from it.
